About Francis
After over twenty years in the wine industry, Francis Kirk is a specialist in high-end, boutique Italian Wines. After living in Milan, Italy and traveling extensively throughout Europe in the early 90’s, he learned the exhaustive geography, terroir and wine designations that are at the core of wine knowledge.
Francis is acknowledged for his unrivaled expertise in high-end wine sales to the sommeliers at the top restaurants in NYC. Fluent in Italian, he is an invaluable asset to many Italian producers when conveying their wine philosophies to restaurants, retailers, and hotels. Francis is highly sought after for private wine tastings.

4 Thursdays monthly (2 guest)
-Starting this Fall - Now taking reservations for September
-Club Level : Piazza Alta (will travel for additional fee)

Try drinking water several hours before your tasting
Please do not drink Alcohol (will dehydrate you, and desensitize your taste buds)
Avoid heavy or spicy foods 2 hours prior to your tasting
No strong perfumes, aftershave, or lotions
No smoking beforehand
-Breaking glassware results in a $90 charge
-FJK Wine Tips will be given as you go along, take notes
