TASTING 101  -   $500

This introductory tasting covers the basics of wine terminology and how to taste. We will explore bouquet, tannins, oak, and acidity.  We will taste terroir driven wines which will include sparkling, whites, rose, reds and dessert wines from traditional varietals and classic regions.

BUBBLES - $700

Explore the world of sparkling wines and champagnes.   Learn everything you need to know about bubbles.  This tasting spans the globe and includes Champagne, Franciacorta, Prosecco, and Cava.

TAsTER’s CHOICE - $500 - $650

Choose your favorite wine region: France, Italy, Spain, or USA.  We will taste autochthonous varietals and highlight the region's most compelling wine makers. 

Around the World - $800

For the ultimate wine enthusiast, FJK's hand selected wines from his favorite wine makers around the world.  Add some intrigue to your event by trying FJK's blind tasting option. 

Tasting prices are based on 10 bottles for 2-4 people for approximately 2 hours at our private tasting location.
